Peartini
- 40ml pear drop
- 20 ml liquor 43
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Pear slice
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
- Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass and garnish with a pear slice.
